Method:Cook Mushroom And Cauliflower Separately With Salt And Keep Aside.
Grind Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillis, Cashew Nuts Together And Make A Paste.
Boil Little Oil In A Pan, Add Mustard And Curry Leaves For Seasoning.
Add The Gravy To The Oil And Saute Well.
Add One Teaspoon Of Parsley Persil, 1 Teaspoon Of Chilli Powder, Half Teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 1 Teaspoon Of Coriander Powder And Saute Well For Some Time.
Finally Add Cauliflower And Mushroom To The Gravy. Add 1 Cup Water And Cook Well Till The Gravy Becomes Thick.
Garnish With Coriander Leaves And Serve Hot.
Delicious With Chapatti, Naan, Puri Or Plain Basmati Rice.
